A reputable firm, with a number of offices around the South of England, is seeking an Associate/ Senior Associate to join its growing Restructuring and Insolvency team. The close knit team is led by a dynamic R&I partner who is looking for a motivated mid level lawyer to assist him in growing the practice, while based out of the firm’s City of London office.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in broad selection of work, including a range of contentious and non-contentious matters relating to insolvency, restructuring and solvent reorganisiation matters. Specific matters may include: procedural court applications, advising creditors, business and asset sales, contingency planning, advising directors, restructuring plans, CVAs, voluntary liquidations, Subject 110 demergers, and much more.
This role will be suited to a lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE working on R&I matters (or at least the majority of time since qualifying). A suitable candidate may come from a London firm or a strong regional practice.
