Our client, a leading UK law firm, is seeking a Residential Real Estate Litigation lawyer to join their market leading Real Estate Litigation department based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic junior associate to join a highly regarded team to progress further in their career.
The successful candidate will be advising the firm’s clientele, that ranges from blue-chip companies to high-net-worth individuals, on a wide scope of real estate litigation matters with a particular focus on residential property. The work this role involves is varied, and the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work on commercial property disputes and mixed-use development issues.
Experience and skills:
- England & Wales or common law qualified
- 1-3 years PQE gained at a recognised Real Estate Litigation team in the UK
- Excellent technical skills in the property litigation field
- Experience in dealing with high end residential real estate disputes
- Excellent academic background
