They are looking for a solicitor who has at least 2 years’ post qualified experience working on residential property matters. The successful individual will need to be ambitious, with a drive to grow and succeed within a great team.
The successful individual should be confident in working on the full spectrum of residential property matters, and be able to manage their own files with appropriate supervision. You will be learning from a partner who is an expert in the field of residential property, and who has a fantastic reputation in the Essex region. Their main focus of work is based around sales & purchases, as well as transfers of equity.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales;
- Be ambitious with a drive to develop and grow;
- Have a good knowledge of residential property law;
- Be a strong team player.
