Our client is a leading regional law firm that is seeking an experienced residential property solicitor to join their highly-regarded team in Wiltshire, as part of their succession plan for a retiring partner.
The firm are a highly profitable law firm with offices across the South-West, offering a full service to their corporate and private clients. This role is based out of their second biggest office that currently has partners working across commercial property, residential conveyancing, private client and matrimonial law, with a majority being within property.
The team act for a range of clients including high net worth individuals, developers and property agents on residential property matters such as residential sales and purchases (including shared equity properties and HMOs), remortgages, refinancing, residential developments and separate lender representation.
The retiring partner is leaving behind a significant caseload of residential property work which is to be inherited by the successful candidate for this role, therefore this role would suit an established partner or a senior associate/legal director level solicitor who is keen to be considered for partnership.
The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in handling residential property transactions. Additionally, you should be well-versed in offering bespoke legal advice to a diverse client base, with client care and satisfaction at the forefront of your work.
