Acting on some of the leading residential real estate matters (with a focus on prime London) this is a superb role for a leading, high-calibre Associate or Senior Associate. The firm has a collegiate, friendly environment with reasonable hours targets, but equally acts on some of the highest-quality work in the capital. There will be excellent career prospects.
The strong focus of this role will be high-end freehold and leasehold sales and purchases for a superb client base in prime London and the Home Counties. There will also be some secured lending and other general residential property matters.
Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE up to c.7 years’ PQE. You will have current or recent experience in a highly-regarded residential property team in London or in a tier one-level team in a national firm.
