We have been instructed to identify an ambitious, commercially minded solicitor who would like to specialise as a Regulatory Solicitor dealing with a wide range of matters acting on behalf of the defendants, both private individuals and companies in Health & Safety – Regulatory cases.
Owing to their strong reputation in the market, the leading partner has been engaged in multiple high profile cases – and as the team becomes stronger they now need a solicitor to join them to assist in all areas, including business development to drive their presence forward further.
The ideal candidate will offer the following:
- UK qualified solicitor
- Advocacy skills
- Level – NQ to 4 PQE – however those with more experience within reason, are welcome to apply
- Those with a Health & Safety background will be of most interest – this can be as little as a seat during your training contract
- Those who are currently working within Crime are also welcome to apply (particularly white-collar)
- Commercially minded – it is essential applicants are happy to network and market the firm, team and themselves
