Our client are a leading global law firm who are seeking a 1-4PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join their busy team in Manchester.
The highly experienced real estate team frequently act on complex, multi-million pound transactions for some of the largest and most renowned developers, investors and property owners both nationally and internationally. They advise on all aspects of real estate law including development projects, property financing, acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters.
The successful candidate will have gained 1-4 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate law, ideally within another leading team. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside strong technical abilities.
This is a great opportunity to join a tier 1 real estate team. You will be supported in your development as a more junior solicitor and will have the opportunity to learn from highly experienced experts in real estate legal services.
