We have received a direct and exclusive instruction from a Property Litigation firm in Central London. The close knit team is seeking a junior Associate to support a key senior Lawyer with his growing workload. This is an opportunity to truly develop as a junior Lawyer, by working closely within a small team. The firm places a lot of emphasis on providing career progression and training for the junior Lawyers; they always try to promote internally, so this is an excellent time to join the firm.
The work itself will mainly be commercial real estate disputes. For example, landlord and tenant commercial disputes, break notices, arrears recovery, service charge disputes, dilapidation, rights to light, boundaries, lease renewals and asset management work.

This role will be best suited to a Property Litigation Lawyer between newly qualified up to 3 years’ PQE. There are ample opportunities for the right candidate to get impressive exposure, and continue to develop as a Solicitor within a supportive environment.
