Jameson Legal has been exclusively instructed on a new 1-3 PQE Real Estate role, with the team of a long-established and reputable London firm.
The role will be highly varied, and candidates will have the ability to deal with an intellectually challenging workload. The firm’s working environment is very hands-on, and a sound commercial sense and ability to handle clients is essential.
The team specialises in advising investors and developers on the acquisition, management and disposal of high value property assets across England & Wales. The client base includes a mixture of overseas investors and UK-based property funds, together with well-known high street retail, restaurant and hotel brands. The development practice includes market sectors across the industry; including student housing, office, hotel and leisure, retail, residential (including build to rent) and warehouse and industrial.
The new candidate will have client contact from day one.
Chargeable hours are 1400. The firm has a hybrid working policy, with team anchor days.
