Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced real estate finance lawyer to join their prestigious real estate finance practice based in London. The team advises borrowers and lenders on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including senior and mezzanine debt, development funding and tax-driven structures.
In addition to core real estate finance transactions, the team act on high-profile sports finance deals, including stadium financing. As such, experience in this area would be advantageous but not essential.
As a senior team member, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to take the lead on a broad range of UK and cross-border transactions, working alongside market-leading Partners to deliver exceptional results to an exciting client base.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of PQE in real estate finance, focusing on high-value transactions. As an expert in this area, you will have a proven track record of leading complex transactions from inception to completion.

- Qualified Lawyer with at least 7 years’ PQE in real estate finance
- Expertise in commercial and high-value transactions
- Strong technical knowledge of real estate finance law and regulations
- Proven track record of leading and managing complex transactions
