We are working with a leading US law firm in London that is looking to strengthen its Real Estate finance practice by hiring an additional Senior Associate with top tier Real Estate Finance experience on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. Whilst the contract is initially for a period of 6 months, there is a chance of further extension or permanency should this be desired by both parties.
The team is highly regarded for handling high-value, sophisticated Real Estate Finance transactions for a notable client base that includes private equity firms, real estate developers, institutional investors and financial institutions.
Successful candidates can expect to have a great deal of autonomy and responsibility for a varied caseload, acting for both borrowers and lenders on transactions involving real estate debt, refinancing, restructuring and securitisation of real estate, financing and other complex matters.
In joining this reputable team, the successful candidate will be working closely with market-leading Partners, assume a high level of responsibility and be afforded exposure to a range of high profile, complex transactions. A highly competitive remuneration package is also on offer.
Candidates are likely to have upwards of 3 years’ PQE in the UK gained within recognised Real Estate Finance practices within top City firms. Intellectual rigor and an excellent academic background are essential. The ability to start a new role at short notice or immediately will also be highly desirable, but not a prerequisite.
