The real estate finance team deals with complex real estate finance deals from prominent clients such as developers, investors, private equity, and financial institutions. The work that you would be involved in includes financing, refinancing, restructuring and securitisation of real estate, real estate debt and other complex and challenging transactions.
Candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent academic background.
- Training and experience gained in Magic Circle, US or leading city or international firms
- Upwards of 3+PQE in handling real estate finance matters
- Strong communication
