They are now seeking a lawyer to be based in Saudi Arabia, to advise on a major new real estate development project featuring luxury hotels and related leisure facilities.
Applicants should ideally have 10+ years’ experience working for well-regarded law firms and/or in-house teams, with a focus on the real estate development, preferably in the hospitality sector. Extensive experience of the real estate development lifecycle is essential, including planning, financing, leasing, procurement, portfolio management, acquisition and disposal of property etc.
Candidates should be legally qualified in either the US, Canada, UK, Australia or New Zealand. Arabic language skills and prior experience of working in the Middle East would be advantageous but not essential.
