We are working with a privately held company who is looking for a UK qualified solicitor to join their team in Surrey. The role requires those who are able to work independently and manage a range of duties relating to our client’s diverse portfolio of residential property. Successful candidates will lead a team relating to the redevelopment/construction of a portfolio of high-net-worth properties that are owned by our client. Legal work will include extending the lease, enfranchisement, financing and contracts for various sub-contractors regarding refurbishment works.
Candidates must be UK qualified, have gained two or more years of legal experience working for leading international law firms with excellent reputation and/or in-house legal teams within the real estate sector, focusing on residential property or development of high-net-worth property.
Remuneration: £75,000 – £85,000 GBP + annual bonus
