We are looking to speak with Real Estate Corporate Counsels to join our client’s practice in their Washington, DC office.
Combining perspective, experience and talents, our client works to provide creative solutions which address the various real estate issues which their clients face.
You will advise owners, developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and investors in a variety of property acquisitions/sales, leases, development and permitting projects, debt and equity financings, workouts/restructurings and other sophisticated real estate transactions. While your practice will span all asset classes, you will gain exposure to working with retail, leisure, hospitality and mixed-use properties.
Annual salary range: $345,000 – $415,000+
