Our client’s Real Estate group is seeking an excellent CA barred associate with 3-7 years of experience in complex transactions for public and private companies in acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings, joint ventures, and the leasing of commercial office, retail, and industrial space.
This group are true real estate team players who regularly assist clients in debt and equity transactions covering virtually all real estate product types. Our client is effectively resourced to proactively respond to the fact that the real estate industry has become increasingly global and oriented toward capital markets.
