Our client is a very well-regarded and popular global firm. Its highly regarded real estate team is based in the Home Counties for historical reasons, and handles all the firm’s real estate work, focusing on commercial transactions and includes acting for investors, developers, financiers and tenants. A lot of the work relates to the property aspects of significant corporate transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and restructuring.
The team is now looking for an additional Junior Associate (NQ-2 PQE) to assist on a range of matters, including advising on Sales and Purchases of primarily commercial property, landlord and tenant matters (including retail and office premises); developing and managing investment properties; joint ventures and profit sharing arrangements, and ground lease structures. The practice is partner-led and assists clients with their sometimes high profile and usually high value commercial real estate development and occupier work. The practice has a reputation for working closely with clients (including developers, private and publicly listed property companies, estates, onshore and offshore HNW individuals and landowners) and assisting them through the property asset life cycle.
This is a sensational role for a junior property lawyer. If you’re a recently qualified or up to 2 PQE commercial real estate lawyer with a strong academic background and good training from a rated City or high quality regional firm, we’d like to hear from you.
