Our client is a large and prestigious London-headquartered international law firm. Their Commercial Real Estate practice is top-ranked and award-winning and has earned a reputation for executing the largest and most complex real estate deals with accuracy and at speed.
The firm is responsible for some of the most complex and high value investment, joint venture and financing transactions in the UK property market. They work with listed vehicles, private equity investors, sovereign wealth funds, private property companies and family offices on property joint ventures, corporate structured acquisitions and disposals, asset management, property finance and corporate occupier transactions.
After recruiting significantly over 2021-2022, the continuing demands of the market mean the team is now looking for an additional 2-4 PQE Associate.
In order to be considered you will have:
- Trained and ideally have between two and four years’ post-qualification experience in the Real Estate team of a City or international firm.
- Strong real estate experience – ideally of complex international investment, joint venture and financing transactions, and you will be comfortable preparing, drafting and negotiating relevant documentation.
- Willingness to learn and the ability to work hard.
- A common sense, down-to-earth approach.
Foreign-qualified candidates with recent transactional experience within England & Wales would certainly be considered.
