The role will cover a broad range of corporate matters, focusing on public M&A transactions. These matters will include advising bidders and target companies in public takeovers and many more.

The ideal candidate will have trained at a rated corporate practice in the UK and will have between 3-7 years of relevant public M&A experience. Experience of transactions in UK takeover, outstanding academics and a stable career record is required.
