Public Companies Reporting Associate – Chicago

Our client is seeking mid-senior level associates with experience advising public companies on matters including corporate governance and public company reporting, disclosure, and compliance.

While there could be opportunities for associates to opt in to more of the transactional elements of this practice, the associate’s primary focus will be managing the day-to-day counseling, reporting and governance matters of their public company client base.
