A London headquartered multi-national law firm is seeking a Property Procurement Manager to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the overall procurement within the property and facilities categories. This role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effective purchasing, while maintaining high quality standards.
- More than 7 years of relevant experience, ideally from a law firm or professional services firms.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of procurement techniques, including cost management principles and category management.
- CIPS qualification (or in progress) and demonstrated expertise, by having worked as a procurement professional in the property and facilities category.
- Must have strong negotiation and influential skills.
