Our client, a fast-growing international Legal Consultancy Firm, is looking to engage with Property Litigation Lawyers with 3+ PQE to work on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out a broad range of good quality work including leasehold covenants issues, boundary disputes, lease renewals, and other landlord and tenant disputes.
Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Trained and gained experience in a City, West End, or strong regional law firm.
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
- 3+ PQE in handling broad Property litigation matters.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
