Our client’s Property & Casualty team is looking for an Insurance law practitioner to be a core part of its fast-growing Property Insurance team in London.
The team is part of the firm’s Insurance Group and has a well-established client base, acting for the majority of household and commercial property Insurers in the market.
The team offers unparalleled opportunities to work on high profile and high value claims, both domestically and internationally. Members of the team regularly represent and advise clients on complex coverage, including fraud and claims. Team members are involved in all stages of claims, including handling negotiations, trials and mediations in their own right.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a number of Partners and Lawyers within a vibrant and growing team. You will be given the opportunity to develop as a Lawyer, supervisor and manager.
The successful candidate will also be expected to take responsibility for supervision of junior fee earners, to participate in business development activities with clients, and client relationship management activities.
