Our client has extensive experience advising sponsors, developers, tax equity investors, and lenders (including commercial banks, development finance institutions, and export credit agencies) in the structuring and negotiation of complex project financing transactions.
This team combines this experience with an appreciation of project-specific issues to achieve creative and innovative solutions for clients.
This is an awesome opportunity to grow your practice working with a deep bench of experienced Energy Regulatory, Environment, Tax, and Real Estate lawyers in structuring, developing, and financing infrastructure projects.
Salary range: $370,000 – $415,000.
