This esteemed and very busy international law firm’s Singapore office is looking to hire a finance associate for their projects team.
You must be Singapore admitted (although other common law admissions would be a bonus) and have developed strong experience from a recognised finance practice. Although the main criteria is good general banking training and exposure to loan & security agreements (ideally including APLMA documentation), experience of the energy & infrastructure sector and major cross-border projects will be an advantage. The client base is top notch and will cover governments, MNCs and banks across the region.
The kind of personality that this opportunity will suit will be someone with the initiative and ability to think outside the box, and adapt to new types of transaction within the team. Asian language skills such as Mandarin or Indonesian would be helpful, though not required.
