Jameson Legal has direct instructions from the Project Finance Partner of an international firm in Paris, who is looking to add a 1-4 PQE lawyer to the team. Candidates can be French qualified, or qualified in another jurisdiction.
The team advises funds, banks, sponsors and public entities on the structuring, award and financing of infrastructure and energy projects in Europe and Africa, across a variety of sectors, which include energy (clean energy, and oil and gas), infrastructure, transport and telecommunications.
The team’s experience includes the structuring of PPP and Project Financing transactions, the creation of joint ventures, as well as corporate and commercial/regulatory advice in the course of the development or financing of construction of energy and infrastructure projects.
Lawyers advise large corporates, investment corporations, governments, state-owned companies, banks and sponsors or developers on the structuring and negotiation of Public Private Partnerships and infrastructure projects in the course of project finance transactions or institutional reforms and public procurement transactions in France and Africa.
