We have new instructions from our client, an international firm in London with a truly global reach, which is looking for an Associate with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in project finance transactions to join the team, preferably in emerging markets.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience of financing transactions, whether advising lenders or borrowers/sponsors, and will have an appetite to work on project/commercial contracts and/or the corporate aspects of them. It would be an advantage for candidates to have experience of power and energy transactions.
