Procurement is a key practice area within the firm, as the public sector is the firm’s key focus. The department is one of the largest within the firm, and it is now in growth mode and searching for a Junior Associate between NQ–2 Years’ PQE to join the practice.
The department handles a wide array of matters advising contracting authorities and utilities on procurement for Central Governments, regulators, local governments, and police authorities. The department also acts for charities, consultants, and contractors, working with sectors across construction and regeneration projects, infrastructure projects, and IT & data.
Although it is not essential, it would be desirable for the successful candidate to have experience handling Public sector and local government matters.
