Private Wealth Solicitor – Contract role

A well-established UK law firm is seeking to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join their Private Wealth team based in Hampshire, to assist with an influx of non-contentious work for a period of 4 months, and with the possibility of an extension.

The role will involve managing your own Private Wealth caseload from beginning to end and working with the wider Private Wealth team across Hampshire, with the opportunity to grow your career whilst gaining experience alongside a leading specialist Partner. Key responsibilities would consist of drafting complex wills, estate administration and planning, tax planning, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney. Furthermore, they are committed to providing their clients with exceptional service. Therefore, you will be expected to foresee your client’s requirements, with the ability to react quickly and provide bespoke advice.

Our client is offering a hybrid working model where you can work in the office 2/3 days a week and the rest from home, providing a strong work/life balance.

To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with a current Practising Certificate
  • Upwards of 2 years’ PQE in handling Private Wealth matters.
  • Experienced in dealing with HNWI
  • Having a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Available to start ASAP or within short notice.
