Our client, a truly global, full-service law firm is looking to hire a midlevel to Senior Associate (or Counsel) in its Band 1 ranked Private Equity team in Palo Alto.
The busy team assists its clients, mainly public and private multinational companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies and financial institutions, on all matters relating to private equity transactions including leveraged buyouts.
This law firm is particularly known for its excellent training and support from Seniors. There is no hierarchy – whereby Partners respect junior associates and they let you have the responsibility of getting the right level of work that you think you are ready for. This law firm is incredibly well known and is ranking across the US, APAC, Europe and the UK.
