The team advises private equity investors, corporate clients, families and management teams and has extensive expertise in cross-border and domestic deals, including carve-outs, joint ventures, minority investments, corporate restructurings and management equity programs.
Successful candidates will be German qualified, fluent in English, have an entrepreneurial approach and be interested in joining a growing and dynamic practice in a top international law firm.
