We have new instructions from a premium NY law firm client to find a mid-level associate for its busy Private Equity practice based in London.
The role will involve a broad range of high-end corporate transactions with a focus on private equity deals, including cross-border high value leveraged buyouts, early-stage venture capital financings, growth capital, distressed investments, and mezzanine capital.
Our client is particularly interested in candidates who are England & Wales qualified and have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience gained at a recognised Private Equity practice in London. Stellar academics and a stable career record are required.
