Our client is keen to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join their market-leading Private Equity team in their Southampton office.
The team routinely advise on private equity backed transactions including bolt-on and buy-and-build M&A investment propositions, integration project management, and active portfolio management, working with clients through every stage of their investment cycle. The role will include managing your own caseload and driving business development initiatives. In addition to this, the team also advises on both UK and international transactions, taking a solution led approach in order to provide a premium solution to a variety of Private Equity houses and their portfolio companies.
To be considered for this role you will have experience in working on private equity deals, developed within a leading corporate practice. You will be expected to approach matters in a client centric way, listening to the client’s challenges and ensuring that they are at the heart of your service.
Newly qualified candidates will be considered for this role, as well as candidates with up to 5 years’ PQE.
