Our client’s international Private Equity team covers all relevant aspects of PE transactions. The group has extensive experience in structuring, preparing, managing and executing transactions across the asset class, as well as assisting on any related financing. The PE lawyers leverage the firm’s deep practice groups to serve the PE clients, including extensive experience in M&A, Finance, ERISA, Real Estate, IP, Securitisation, Environmental law, Restructuring and other practice areas.
In addition to a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Private Equity transactions, Partners are looking for candidates with an ability to work effectively within an established, close-knit team and to confidently interact with clients and develop business pro-actively. A strong academic background is also essential.
