A global law firm, headquartered in the US, is seeking a PE Funds Lawyer to join its reputable team in London. The PE Funds team is recognised by the legal directories for its impressive quality of work, advising a range of clients of emerging and institutional managers with some raising over $5 billion.
The team advises on the entire private fund lifecycle, as well as the full spectrum of asset classes and the issues faced by the sponsors of the funds. In particular, this role will involve working closely with a leading Partner in launching funds and investment platforms for clients with a global, primarily institutional investor base.

The ideal candidate for this role must have at least 3 years’ experience in a Private Equity funds team at a similar top City firm. A commitment to hard work and strong academic skills are a pre-requisite.
