With a worldwide team of 180 private equity lawyers, they maintain a collaborative work environment which fosters professional growth and development.
This is a progressive opportunity for an ambitious lawyer who has 3+ years of significant experience in representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, co-investments and corporate governance matters. As a private equity associate, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on complex legal matters related to private equity transactions. Your expertise will be crucial in structuring, negotiating and executing deals, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Annual salary range: $250,000 – $370,000
