This is a progressive opportunity for an ambitious lawyer who has 4+ years of significant experience in representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, co-investments, and corporate governance matters.
Annual salary range: $295,000 – $370,000
