Our client’s customers turn to their world-leading private equity funds and private equity transactions practices to meet their complex investment needs and challenges worldwide.
If you are a mid-senior level attorney with significant experience in representing private equity firms, corporate borrowers and other borrowers in complex financings, we would like to hear from you.
You will work with sponsors throughout their lifecycles – from newly formed firms raising a first-time fund to long-established, multi-asset class managers. In addition to traditional fundraising engagements, leading sponsors will look to you for ongoing senior counseling advice on some of their most critical commercial and legal matters and for leadership in the development and execution of new products and transactions, including long-dated funds and complex GP-led secondary transactions.
Annual salary range: $295,000 – $370,000
