Our client’s corporate business has grown significantly and continues to hire whilst others downsize. The firm is looking to build its Private Equity offering in London with the hire of an individual with between 2-5 years’ PQE. This is a great opportunity to join a developing practice, which is core to the firm’s strategy.
The team acts for private equity investors, investee companies and management teams, advising institutional investors and management teams on all areas of private equity buy-outs, exits and portfolio company M&A.
Your role will involve acting for private equity sponsors on a range of mid-market and upper mid-market deals, management advisory work and bolt on acquisitions for private equity backed portfolio companies.
You will have a high degree of autonomy and client involvement, and will be encouraged and supported in helping to drive the business forwards. The team sits within the Corporate group, so you will benefit from a broader diet of work.
