We are instructed on a new role for an England and Wales-qualified Private Client Lawyer in the Channel Islands office of a leading law firm. Key attractions of this opportunity include excellent career prospects, a high quality of life and a competitive, low-tax salary.
Our client law firm is a full-service practice with a commitment to growing its established and reputed private client team. Working directly with two renowned and personable Partners and more junior Lawyers, as well as with other private client Lawyers across the firm’s network, the successful candidate for this position will get full exposure to high-quality multi-jurisdictional trusts and fiduciary matters.
We would be keen to speak with private client Lawyers interested in exploring this exciting Senior Associate opportunity. Suitable applicants for this position will most likely currently be a Senior Associate-level (or similar) private client Lawyer with a London or Legal 500 rated regional firm. You should ideally have between seven and twelve years’ PQE, however we will consider strong applicants outside of this level. International-related trusts experience is a strong advantage, but prior offshore experience is not needed.
The firm pays a very good salary taxed at a low rate (20%), together with a generous relocation package.
