Our award-winning client is looking to offer the opportunity for experienced Solicitors to join their Private Wealth team in their Lymington office.
The team is growing and transforming to provide a Hampshire offering to new and existing clients. These matters will be a mixture of Private Wealth experience such as wills, probate, power of attorney, tax planning and trusts.
They are looking for a forward-thinking leader who is ready to set an example and help develop the department as they increase their client offering to the Hampshire market. Within this role, you will play a key part in team management and motivation, more specifically the development of junior fee earners. Our client is offering a hybrid working model where you can work in the office 2/3 days a week and the rest from home, providing a strong work / life balance.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and experience in all aspects of Private Wealth, specifically with strong technical expertise in Trusts. Ideally, you will be STEP qualified, however this is not essential. Having a proactive and enthusiastic approach is essential, with the ambition to develop your own personal growth as well as the departments.
