This is a brand-new opportunity with an established private client disputes team in a rated London law firm.
This role will include a broad range of private client disputes, such as UK and cross-border trust, probate and estate litigation, including disputes in high-value inheritance, domicile, and property-related private matters. The client base includes UHNW and HNW individuals, trusts and charities.
You will either be a specialist private client disputes lawyer, or a general litigation lawyer with a focus on trusts litigation. You should have current or recent experience working in a highly-rated London or leading national law firm. Whilst we are ideally seeking lawyers up to three years’ PQE, we will consider strong applicants just outside of this level. We will also consider particularly strong applicants qualifying in September 2023.
