An award-winning law firm, with a strong reputation for excellence in the Maritime sector, is seeking a junior Personal Injury lawyer to join the PI & Regulatory team, which works primarily on Marine related claims. The work will therefore include an interesting range of personal injury, employers liability and public liability claims, as well as industrial disease claims, travel claims and even work related death investigations. The travel and leisure industry clients include a range of ship and yacht owners, ports, hotel owners, operators and insurers.
This is an interesting opportunity for a junior lawyer who is interested in getting into the Marine sector to gain experience and join a leading and supportive team. Strong experience of personal injury claims, whether in your training contract or since qualifying, will be required. On the other hand a specific knowledge of marine related air, land and sea incidents is not essential, but an interest in developing this specialism will be.
