A renowned firm is seeking a highly skilled and qualified solicitor to join its Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury team in London. This position offers an exciting opportunity to undertake work, while making a positive contribution to the department and the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting cases in alignment with the firm’s policies and objectives
- Accepting instructions from new clients, advising them on costs, funding, and the firm’s terms of business, and confirming such advice in writing as per the practice requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority
- Notifying the court, registry, tribunal, or other relevant bodies, as well as maintaining necessary correspondence
- Undertaking case preparation and maintaining comprehensive and orderly files with detailed attendance notes
- Taking necessary steps to obtain public funding or conditional fee agreements for clients while adhering to the constraints and requirements of said Public Fund
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- England & Wales solicitor qualification
- Excellent academics
- Experience 4-8 years of relevant PQE in Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence
- Availability to start immediately
