Our client’s Construction practice is looking to add to the busy and successful team, with the hire of a 2-4 PQE Non-Contentious Construction solicitor.
The team provides expert advice on all aspects of Construction law, from the inception of a project, through to completion. The firm’s clients are advised on a wide variety of projects, including power stations, roads, railways, defence and infrastructure projects, office, retail and residential projects, headquarters and factory premises and retail park developments.
The suitable candidate will have experience which will include the negotiation of construction contracts (including standard amendments to JCT contracts), the negotiation of appointments and warranties, construction due diligence as part of real estate acquisition, disposal and development transactions, construction input into real estate finance transactions, input into the negotiation of development agreements and ideally, experience dealing with EPCs.
