Our client is a Construction and Property boutique law firm, that is on a significant growth curve. As the Construction practice is busier than ever, the firm now wants to bring in a Senior Associate to pick up a ready-made caseload of high-quality Non-Contentious Construction work.
The firm recognise the importance of flexibility. The office is based in Central London, and the firm would be happy with the successful candidate working from home for a significant portion of their time, once settled in.
The existing client base is made up of developers, contractors, and sub-contractors, whom they assist with procurement methods, drafting, amending, and advising on various construction contractual issues. As the firm continues to grow, they are now looking for a Senior Construction Associate to join their team, with experience and understanding of construction and all forms of JCT and NEC contracts.
The firm is conscious of themselves and the culture they create within the firm, making it a pleasant place to work, whilst also an ethically conscious environment.
