Recognised as one of London’s foremost Construction practices, the team holds expertise across the entire spectrum of construction matters, with a specific focus on real estate development. The role encompasses various non-contentious construction matters, including a diverse range of projects such as town centre and out-of-town revitalisation, commercial ventures, retail initiatives, sports facilities, residential complexes, mixed-use developments, student accommodation, hotels, infrastructure projects, as well as site remediation efforts.
Interested candidates should possess 6-8 years of PQE experience in non-contentious construction, gained at a UK top 50 firm. Our client is particularly interested in candidates with real estate development experience.
