We are working closely with a boutique London-based firm, that are looking to secure the assistance of an experienced non-contentious construction lawyer on an ongoing contract basis, to start ASAP.
Successful candidates are likely to possess upwards of 7 years’ PQE; have a very strong private practice background; specialise in non-contentious construction matters, and be available to start an ongoing contract requirement imminently, or at very short notice.
The successful candidate can expect to assist developers, contractors, and sub-contractors with procurement methods, drafting, amending and advising on various construction contractual issues (primarily in relation to JCT and NEC contracts).
