Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to secure a Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer in London for a contract of 6 months to assist in covering an influx of work ASAP.
The team has particular expertise in advising on UK-based projects including aspects of real estate finance transactions, but there could be scope to act on international projects too. Their clients include developers, occupiers, investors, lenders, borrowers, and blue-chip clients.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in all aspects of non-contentious construction matters that can arise in a development project including tendering and bidding, advice on live projects and after completion.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales – or another commonwealth jurisdiction (such as New Zealand or Australia, for example)
- Upwards of 5 years’ PQE with a focus on non-contentious construction transactions
- Training and/or experience gained from notable City, International or top-tier regional firms
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to start a new contract ASAP
