We are looking to speak with entrepreneurial associates with 4+ years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures and/or cross-border transactions to join my client’s stellar corporate practice group in Washington, DC. Those with experience with emerging companies and/or venture capital are encouraged to get in touch.
